RCK-862 PLUS Expandable Electronic Controller for Full Gauge Compressor Rack

The RCK-862 plus is an expandable electronic controller from the Rackontrol line for use in commercial and industrial refrigeration compressor stations. It provides control in low and medium temperature applications with up to three suction lines and three discharge lines. In addition to local control and monitoring, it has two independent RS-485 communication ports for remote access via Sitrad software or for communication via MODBUS protocol.

The RCK-862 plus has 6 configurable inputs for sensors and 8 digital inputs for monitoring external signals. Its robust hardware also has eight control outputs, two analog outputs for proportional control and six digital outputs (three relay outputs and three state type).

The progressive algorithm, which seeks to adapt the cold demand required by the plant to the power of the compressor set, seeks to reduce the number of compressor starts. The floating condensation control logic aims to adapt the compression ratio of the circuit according to the temperature of the external environment, in order to reduce the energy consumption of the system.

The RCK-862 plus has a user-friendly interface through a high-brightness OLED display, six interaction keys and a control menu that provides the most frequently used commands for the compressor unit. Simple to operate and configure, the RCK-862 plus is equipped with an internal buzzer (audible warning) and exclusive screens for monitoring alarms that simplify the process of monitoring and identifying faults in the refrigeration system. It also has a real-time clock (RTC) that allows you to automate commands and

record the times when alarms occur. The USB connection can be used to upload and download configuration parameters, as well as update your firmware.
